Carefully pack the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and secure it to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
